Subject: error on open ipmap

On a new install v5, running AIX 4.2.1, I repeatedly get an error message
in NV6000.log saying " could not load program /usr/OV/bin/ipmap error was
: Not enough space" . Yet I have a 1.1GB /usr @49% utilized and 28MB /var
@53%. 64MB Real with 124MB paging space @59%. The network is tiny (lab
environment). What am I missing here?
