events display not working ?

Hello, this NV station is not yet in production, but still receives traps.
Yesterday this box worked fine, but after someone made a few changes in
Event Config and changed the time zone on the box (I don?t know if the
changes are related to the malfunction), the EVENT DISPLAY IN THE CONTROL
DESK doesn't work anymore (i.e. nothing is being displayed). Only two
messages could be read in the Events display, and one of them was related
to the NV box itself saying "node up" and the other was related to another
NV box saying "node up" (or something like node up, I'm not in front of NV
right know).

Could someone tell me what might cause the Events Display not to display
anything.
