The first thing you have to do when implementing Netview security is
setting the admin password.
Otherwhise, the admin user will not be able to open nvsec_admin
application.
To disable security :
in /usr/OV/security/conf/sec.conf :
set the flag : SECURITY_LEVEL_FLAG=OFF
then
ovstop
ovstop nvsecd
ovstart
then
try again setting on security but do not forget to change the admin
password before exiting the nvsec_admin application.
Hope this help.

Hi
I did nvsec_admin and created a user with only certain ovw function and
then set security
on, as a result Nobody is able to logon and root can not run nvsec_admin
because it comes
up with an error.
How do I disable the security ?
This is urgent - please help.
Thanks
