After a long and useful life, the anonymous ftp server
netview.raleigh.ibm.com is being retired.  Many of the
files available there have been migrated to other
locations.  It was originally set up as a site for
certified MIBS, all of which are now out of date
since they were last updated just prior to the
acquisition of Tivoli.  The Nways patches and ptfs
should be available through http://www.networking.ibm.com/support
or directly from ftp://ftp.raleigh.ibm.com.

There are a lot of links to it on the web.  As you run across them,
please notify the relevant webmaster.
