For Sybase, SQL Server later than SQL Server 11.0.3.2 (iclusive), is
Y2k complient. For Adaptive Server Enterprise, those released after
11.5 (inclusive) are Y2k complient (valid for both servers on UNIX
platform except SunOS). More info at
