Cannot install Netview on NT4.0

Hi everybody,

     I cannot install Netview from a cdrom. I've installed through the
network (mount cdrom drive from the Sun server) and then installed on my PC
(NTFS disk).
     The error is that it cannot find "africa_map.bmp" in "nvfiles"
directory on CDROM, and when I looked in CDROM, there is not this file
also.
     Here is the Installation log file that I will send you from the last
installation.

     Please help me to clearify this problem too.
