There is indeed an MLM for NT and you can get it on the CDs which ship with
NetView Version 5.1. There is no point in installing anything earlier.
All earlier versions will be out of support by the end of the year.

I don't think they have just MLM on NT.. you actually have to install
Netview for NT and then make it work as an MLM.
Touching a bit on MLM, does anyone know how version 5.0.2 does data
collection for MLM? I'm in the process of upgrading it from version
5.0.0 but have no docs on this.
