You should open a call to Support and ask.  The readme for all patches on
that server says "Do not install this patch unless instructed to do so by
an IBM/Tivoli support representative".   Any one who installs efixes, which
by definition have not been through the verification process, does so at
his own peril.

Hi,

I am running Netview V5R1 on Framework V3R6 on a Solaris 2.6
platform.   I was looking at the e:fixes in the /fix/NV.SUN.V5
directory Z( on ftp.raleigh.ibm.com ) and wondering whether some
are standard recommendations for installation from the outset.  Can
anyone help me with this?

The APAR numbers listed were:-

        -IX73800
        -IX73976
        -IX74673
        -IX81200

I already am in the process of applying the IX81622 fix to overcome
a security bug.
