Running the ruleset in the background can be achieved by adding it to the
ESE.automation file in the conf directory and stopping/restarting the
actionsvr daemon.
Prior to doing this ensure that the Default Action for the event (purple pizza
node) is set to block and that you do not have any of the actions that require
an output session, eg Forward, Resolve, Override etc, as actionsvr does not
have one of these and your NetView system will very quickly stop running.
There have been several notes about these requirements in the past - if you
