You sent out a E-mail earlier. I have coped that back into this message. If I
am to get this right, the Netview ( TR) and ATM does the same things as
Netview connected directly through ATM, and why is the ATM better, can you not
do the same things through the Netview ( TR) as you can do through the Netview
( ATM) ????
Hi,
if you have some routing function between your Netview (TR) and ATM
that would be enough.
But the better way is to have a direct connection via ATM (over
Classical IP) to your 8260 or
8265.
We are running an ATM environment with some CIP'S and several TR /
Ether. ELANS and have
one physicall ATM connection in the ATM network and have also defined
these Elans on the
ATM interfaces.
