I received the same message when I installed CiscoWorks. If you have
CiscoWorks, delete the wsc1600.20.p and wsc1600.20.m files in the
/usr/OV/bitmap/C directory..

All,
I get the following error whenever Netview 5 is started:

Error During Reading Background File
        Press OK

Some have suggested that this has to do with the map background files, but
I don't think this is the case.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advacnce,
