I believe for the type of trap you are talking about, the "node" and the "agent" are the same thing. So try "$A" along with "$1". Regards, Gary Boyles -----Original Message----- From: Giuliotti, J. The traps that are sent contain 1 argument which reports the description of the trap. How do I pass the node name using the echo command?
