yes. Once adminstatus down has been set on a config check the interface
will be turned pink and we don't care what its operational status is.

Subject: Administrative and operational status
Hello,
Quick question : if I have an interface which has its operational status
down
AND its administrative status down. Is it normal that the color of the
interface stays "User1" and not "critical" ?
