I am installing this patch prior to migrating to NetView 5.1. It has been distributing the architecture specific libraries for over 5 hours now and is still outputting a '.' roughly every 5 seconds. Tivoli support have suggested letting it run overnight before concluding something is wrong. Has anyone else experienced this? and does it mean there is a problem, or is it normal? Any advice will be appreciated. I am running AIX 4.2.1 on an IBM 43P-140. Thanks Jon Needes EDS, Hook, UK |
