Gil, If you are doing an install from scratch, NV 5.1 should be easy - I have done it at least 3 times now. I have always used it over Framework 3.6 and have used both AIX 4.2.1 and AIX 4.3.1. CiscoWorks I cannot comment on. Upgrading AIX 4.2.1 to 4.3.1 took about a couple of hours. The Fw and NV install took around 30-45 mins on a 43P-140.
