No, there is no way to limit the nv6000.log. If some process is looping
and writing errors to it (it is just a repository for stdout and stderr
from the nv6000 gui), then you have to kill the gui and get it to stop.
Then you should call support and try to resolve the problem which caused
the growth. I would start by using netfmt to format the nettl logs:
netfmt -f /usr/OV/log/nettl.LOG00 > formatted.LOG00
netfmt -f /usr/OV/log/nettl.LOG01 > formatted.LOG01
and see what it says in there. It is not obvious what the problem is from
the error message you report.

My nv6000.log is growing up incredibly.......the same error is stamped in
milions of time.....
The session parameter was not created by OVsnmpOpen
Request::Process traprequest - Error in PDU
Does anyone know what's going on .......????????????????
Is there any way to wrap nv6000.log around......or at least limite it..
