Does anybody have detected problems with the Ruleset Editor?

Mine when editing doesn`t refresh the window (may be a X emulator
problem?) and gets blocked, I have to finish it with 'kill'. Is there a
bug detected?

Platform: AIX 4.2.1 & NV V5R1
