As far as i know, there's just NO WAY
to simply take over RW-control from another user.
You might want to check out
/usr/OV/bin/ovwexit (comes in handy for killing EUI's)
/usr/OV/bin/nv6000_smit applstatus (checking for active EUI's)

Betreff: Map Control

     Hi All,

Anybody that can help me .. Currently we are running Netview 4 and I
want to know if there is a way that I can take over a RW access map.

By the way I got two maps and in a script that the user execute the
map get open with RO access. How can I check what screens are
currently open on Netview and with what access?

Also is there a way that I can take over the RW access from the other
user and update my map to be RW..

     Thanks

     Lauritz Strydom
