Allow me to add my hearty thanks also.

In the support business, the only way to not be
misunderstood is to say nothing.

Remember that James' participation in this forum is
voluntary. He could remain silent and not have to deal with
the misunderstandings. A considerable portion of my
knowledge about Netview comes from listening to his and
other peoples' posts to this list.
