Migration from NetView 4.1 to Framework 3.6 and NetView 5.1 was a piece of cake on my AIX4.2-F50-test/backup-box. (Tip: RTFM's twice! and - as one Mr.Watson is supposed to have said a long time ago: THINK BEFORE YOU LEAP!) One thing is bothering me, though: I'm left with a stone-age-old CiscoWorks 3.0.3 Installation, which 1) doesn't work anymore under NV5.1 2) I want to get rid of from my NV4.1-production-box BEFORE migrating... Q: Anything to "rescue" from my /usr/OV/-or whatever/directories (e.g. trapd.conf, oid_to_sym, whatever...) before deinstalling CiscoWorks via smitty?
