Mikael,

How can I create a list over all 'routers'  with selection name not set
(selection name=some ip address) ?
Netview 5.0
AIX 4.3.1
objdb=30.000 objects.

I would create a collection for these nodes that do not resolve to a hostname.
Use the IP Hostname database field. It will be the IP Address if the name cannot be resolved.
This will create a (dynamic, of course) collection for troubleshooting purposes.
I would also create another troubleshooting collection for nodes that do not
respond to SNMP.

Collection rule : Non_Resolvable

IP Hostname ~ ^[0-9][0-9]*\.[0-9][0-9]*\.[0-9][0-9]*\.[0-9][0-9]*$

Collection Rule: Non_SNMP

isSNMPSupported = False
