Please look at the Programmer's Guide and the Programmer's Reference, which
are shipped in softcopy.
You read them with dynatext. You should install the dynatext browser
and books per the Release Notes. The you can just type in dtext to bring
it up. As I recall, the Programmer's reference will tell you what includes
you must have for each routine.

Subject: about integrated applications?

Hi everyone,
i am happy to join this list and i hope you can help:

when i am developing an application in visual C++
environment and i want to integrate it with the
NetView program using the SNMP APIs what files should be
imported or added to my project?
should i copy all NetView header files to the include
directory of VC?? if not
should i write the full path to these header files
in the include command
(i.e #include "c:\usr\ov\include\ov\ovw.h" for example)
thanks
