I am developing an application using SNMP APIs....
and i am having problems opening the sockets..i am using
NETVIEW ver.5 under WINDOWS NT.4...
Do any one have experience dealing with sockets with
visualC++ ver5 environment.

i receive the following error code
"WSAENOTSOCK err10038"
