Hi Juan,

First of all run wchkdb -u on your TMR server
Then backup your TMR database

As James pointed out, be careful by changing your IP-address before changing the information in the Tivoli environment, for Tivoli try the things described in the Framework Installation and Planning Guide Chapter 13 - toubleshooting:
 

If you intend to change the IP-address and leave the name just do before changing the address the following on the TMR server:

#odadmin odlist change_ip <oid> <newaddress>

And then procede with the NetView server and its IP-address ..
