You cannot chnage the port number in 5.1. This is fixed in 5.1.1

Hello all,

is there anybody who uses webinterface and types portnumber in URL?
Example:

http://netview.company.domain:80

If you ommit number, webinterface works correct.
If you use portnumber, you can't display map, because applet shows error:

Could not create socket. Check socket/Netview User Interface

:(

The background for my question: I want to change the portnumber, but it
doesn't work, even if I change nothing by using portnumber 80 which is the
default!

I'm using Netview 5.1 on AIX 4.3.2. Browser is netscape up to version 4.5.

Kind Regards

Guenter Mueller
