You should not have to do this manually. Check to see if there is an ipmap
running for your instance of ovw. I have had trouble with it dying if the
ulimits
business isn't just right. Or if you have put on the bad 5.1.1 patch and
have
not put on the e-fix, you might have that problem.

Hi all,
I sometimes notices that the status on the ipmap of an interface, does
not match with the status of ovobjprint and ovtopodump.
The situation al often see is that the status on the map is down,
where as the status ovobjprint and ovtopodump are up/normal.
ping, nmdemandpoll doesn't correct the status on the ipmap.
Is there a way to do a manual sync for the ipmap?
Thanks, Soe.
