change passwords without Xwindow-application

Hi,

is there a way, that users can change their own passwords without using the
X-window application nvauth. The reason is, I have a lot of web users and
they have not the opportunity to start a X-application on their PC. Any
other way i.e. a shell command or a a web application would be helpful.

We have installed NetView 5.1 on AIX 4.2.1, Tivoli 3.6

Any help would be appreciated.
