Nodes going up/down

I'm having trouble with nodes goning up and down in Netview, but they are
not going down "in real life".

Sometimes i get alerts that nodes and interfaces are going down, then the
next poll intervall they come up again, after that i go in and query
sysUptime and it shows several days or weeks or more, so they haven't been
down.

I don't loose all nodes in that area at the same time, so it's not the link
going down either.

Anyone got some tips?
