Gil, the "DEFAULT_IP: : :U" does not prevent discovery of non-snmp devices,
it merely tells netmon to discover them "unmanaged". To control discovery
you must use a seedfile. There are a variety of ways to do this via a
seedfile including specifying address ranges and/or using the "@oid" and/or
"!@oid" directives.
