Information (reset_ci)

     Hallo All subscribers, I was wondering if someone can help?

     I'm executing reset_ci to recreate the environment for me but the
     command seems to stop with the following error.
     #####################################
     Start of reset_ci, after successful completion
      you will receive a reset_ci finished message.

     Stopping netmon...
     Stopping snmpCollect...
     Stopping OVORS_M...
     Restarting OVORS_M...

     Reregistering /usr/OV/lrf/ovesmd.lrf...
     ovaddobj - Static Registration Utility
     Successful Completion

     Reregistering /usr/OV/lrf/ovelmd.lrf...
     ovaddobj - Static Registration Utility
     Successful Completion

     Restarting netmon...
     Restarting snmpCollect...
     { SYSTEM_EXCEPTION StExcep::BAD_OPERATION { 0 NO }}
     reset_ci finished

     ############################################

     In the manual is stated that if the system address of hostname change
     the following commands must be executed.

     Run reset_ci script
     If the label is not correct execute the
        NV='wlookup -r NetviewServer server' where server is you host name
        Idlcall $NV _set_mannode new_hostname

     If I then enter these commands, the following get returned.

     For the first command
        wlookup -r NetviewServer rs9912

     For the second command
        { SYSTEM_EXCEPTION StExcep::BAD_OPERATION { 0 NO }}



     If I then do a wlookup -a, there is no field defined for
     NetViewServer.

     ANY SUGGESTIONS!!
