Subject: Re: Latest Version Netview For Digital Unix
NetView 5.1.1 is a patch to NetView 5.1, not a complete replacement. So
you will have to install NetView 5.1 for Digital Unix first, and then
install the 5.1.1 patch. The 5.1 release notes list 4.0A - 4.0.D as being
supported, and there is a note that you will require a patch from Digital
for 4.0B, and that you will need to make a script modification for 4.0D.
There are no notes about multi-processors so I cannot tell you if this was
tested. But multi-processors are not a problem for other UNIX systems like
AIX. There have been multi-processor issues on NT however.

Does anyone know if the latest version, which I'm assuming is v5.1.1, is
available to run under Digital UNIX? Will Netview run on a multi
processor platform? Appreciate any info.
