Make sure you've sourced the Tivoli environment before attempting to start
the daemons (i.e. ". /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh")

I can't get my ovtopmd to start.. here is the status message:

I have tried stopping all daemons and cleaning the sockets dir
and running reset_ci. I tried all i can think of an i still get the same
error.
