No, there is no trace for nvevents and you are the first person to report
a core for it under 5.1.1

Run /usr/OV/service/readcore against the core and call Support. There is
no other way you can get help.

Subject: nvevents cores

Hi list,

nvevents crashes regularly on my system, creating a core dump.
This happens every 2 or 3 days, and seems to be related to the number of
events
present in the different windows.
I'm running nv6k 5.1.1 on AIX 4.3.2 (I had this problem with 5.0 already )

Any ideas ?
Is there a debug mode for nvevents that I can activate to trace the error ?

Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Luca
