Brian,
make your seed file look like:
...
!10.1.1.0-254
10.1.5.0-254
...
and restart your map regeneration, with "new node discovery" switched on.
Then on your default submap, you will have at least two separated network
icons,10.1.1 and 10.1.5. In 10.1.1, the only discovered node will be your
NetView workstation, while in 10.1.5, resides the nodes you want to
discover.

Subject: bypass subnets to manage another subnet
If netview's IP address is 10.1.1.1/255.255.255.0 , default gateway is
10.1.1.254.
Can I directly force netview to discover the subnet 10.1.5.0 with no
10.1.1.254 community?
the routing path are 10.1.1.1->10.1.1.254->10.1.2.254->10.1.5.254.
How to do it ?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
