Further to the attached is 'collmap' still a standard daemon? I am unable to
find an invocation of this on our system and I am unable to start it in the
manner described in the Netview on-line manuals.

We are running NetView/AIX v4.1.2 (PTF U451880) on an AIX v4.2.1 system. We
are shortly to move to NetView/AIX v5.1.1
