Hi Erika,
Have you imported the nvserverd.rls and nvserverd.baroc files from your
NetView server's /usr/OV/conf directory, into your TEC active rulebase?
If not, NetView will generate the events but TEC won't be able to
interpret them.  Also, you will need to create a new TEC event source
for nvserverd.  I believe this is all explained in the manual.

Try doing a wtdumprl at you TEC Server - you may want to redirect the
output to a file and then look at it.  If your NetView adapter is
working, the wtdumprl file will show events coming into the TEC
reception log but they will all have a "PARSING FAILED" message.
