As far as I can see there would be no downsides changing to Solaris,
since the development platform for Tivoli is Solaris.

Subject: Netview on Solaris

HI All

At present we are running Netview/AIX 5.1& AIX 4.2.1

Due to new requirements For Cisco Resource Manager and CiscoSecure we
thought it would be better to move to Netview on Solaris.
Are their any functions / benefits that I would loose by changing the
operating platform and what are they? Also we have host connection but we
could do away with this.

Is Ciscoworks / Ciscowork2000 full supported on Solaris with Ciscosecure and
Cisco Resource manager?

Has anybody else do something like this?

All info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Vynita
