I am not certain that I understand your question since I gave you the answer
already, so let me try again.

nvserverd maintains a cache that all dynamic windows draw from. The same event
may appear in more than one window, depending upon whether it meets the display
criteria for that window, as determined by the ruleset and the filters applied
in that window. So all windows can show the full maximum of a 1000 events, as
long as there are at least that many events in nvserverd's cache which meet
those criteria and the event windows have been open long enough to receive them
all.
That is a something I did not say last time, that when a window is opened it is
primed with only the last 100 events from the cache, so in order to display all
that your window is capable of you must leave it open for a rather long time.

But all windows will discard the oldest event they have when the limit is
reached, in order to display the newest one.

Does this help?

Discussing this in the abstract is very difficult if you are new to this. Are
you having some problem that you are seeking the answer to with this discussion
or are you just curious?

Does this mean, that if I have 10 dynamic workspaces, each
of these get only the maximum of 900 events? Even if there is the
maximum value of 1000 configured in /usr/OV/app-defaults/Nevents?

If not, which one will wrap or discard the oldest events?

Many thanks in advance .
