The $LANG variable is just for the ovw, that is, NetView, GUI. I don't know of
any requirement for the TMR Server.
On my combined box, the LANG=C, which works fine for the Tivoli GUI, and it is
automatically changed to En_US by the netview script when I start the NetView
GUI.

Subject: LANG variable for TMR Server...
Hello All.
I have my Netview 5.1 Server (on AIX) separate from my TMR Server (on AIX).
On the the Netview Server, I have the LANG set to En_US.
Does the TMR Server have this requirement or can the LANG be anything.
I have set it to En_US just in case when I did the install but not sure if I
needed to. Could not find any reference to it in the install guide.
Any info appreciated.
