Netmon dies with 'Exec format error'

Netmon unexpectedly died.  Trying to restart netmon is hopeless.

Trying to run ovstart on netmon displays the following:

ovspmd: exec (/usr/OV/bin/netmon  /usr/OV/bin/netmon -P):  Exec format error.


Anyone seen this before ?
