I recently took it (it was getting embarassing to tell my manager I had still
not done it yet) and thought it was pretty thorough. I have a lot of experience,
and I still did not get them all right. But the passing requirements are not
very high, so there is room for people with different areas of expertise. The
practice test was pretty representative, I thought. You don't have to learn the
T/EC, you only need to understand how Netview interacts with it. And do
read the questions carefully, something I am sure you noticed on the practice
test.

Domenico,
the test was pretty easy. Basically it boils down to knowing the components
and how they inter-relate.
I would say to study the manuals but they were not much help. Sorry!
