Messaging Management interface to NetView

Anyone using a software package named Topper?
It's used to manage messages among email systems?

This product claims to interface with NetView.
I assume through trap forwarding.

Also, I'm wondering if it should be installed on the
same server with NetView or be separated?

Either way, we are about to evaluate it.
