Netmon Discovery Options For Seed_File

I know I should wrote this down but a couple of days ago one of the support
techs from tivoli showed me how to use a command line argument with netmon
to help tivoli locate some remote IP networks that the initial discovery
wasn't able to find. I think he said the command was netmon -s <seed-file>.
I had created a seed file with those remote IP networks in it and restarted
the netmon. It was able to find these networks fine......Does anyone know
what the exact command is?
