you also need to update the oid_to_sym file in \usr\ov\conf\c. After that, do
an ovstop and ovstart. If that doesn't fix it, try deleting those objects and
let them get rediscovered. Once they are rediscovered, they should not appear
in BadOIDs.

Subject: BadOIDs
Hello All,
we are running a NetView NT 5.11 server. After a while I found a lot of
nodes in the BadOIDs SmartSet. In the documentation I found the meaning of
this SmartSet and I tried to get the information of the nodes stored in
this SmartSet to add them to the oid_to_type file. I tried the nemon -a
badOidFile command, but that does not work. It creates the badOidFile file,
but this file is empty.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance
Peter
