Forwarding events to 2 TEC servers (primary/backup ?)

Hi,

Is it possible to configure 2 TEC servers in the config file: 
/usr/OV/conf/tecint.conf. Or better, to forward events to a primary TEC server, 
if this goes down, to forward the events to the backup TEC server ?

(NetView 5.1.2 on AIX)
