Subject: Web Browser Access

The System:

RS6000 140 (dual Processor)
AIX 4.2.1
Netview 5.1.2
Browser: Netscape Communicator 4.7

The question:

Is there any configuration to be done on the netview Web Server and/or
Netscape Browser to be able to access the Netview web interface?
When I turn security on, start a read/write map and try to access the
Netview server web page I get "authorization failed, retry. Either the
wrong password has been supplied or the browser does not know how to supply
credentials required"
I'm sure that security is configured properly because when working on an
X-Windows environment, everything seems to be working ok as far as
authentication and configuration goes. The only thing that I'm not positive
is that if the web server app needs to be register under netview. When
creating an access group for a user, it does not show up in the
applications menu to be given access.
When security is off, I can access the Netview web pages and browse with
no problems.

Thanks for any advice
