Marcelo,
after you change the NV server IP address, you must run /usr/OV/service/reset_ci
to tell NV its IP address has changed.
Also, to ensure oserv daemon is running (not crucial for NV run but you need it
when applying patches, etc.), you must tell him as well. See NetView release
notes and manual page for "odadmin odlist change_ip".
