Check the .installed files in all the dirs (ie, bin, msg_cat, etc. ) and remove
the lines that are the culprit and retry. Also, try a wlsinst -hav and check to
make sure that the attempted install didn't prematurely register the product.
This shouldn't have happened because I know that is one of the last things that
an SIS install does ( register the product with the TME db) but it might have.

Subject: [NV-L] SIS Netview Install
Well, now that I've tried to install Netview Server from SIS, it wont
let me install it the normal method. It keeps giving me the following
error:
InstallOpsCatalog: 0017
The revision levels of the installation and media do not match "5.1 <->
(none)"
Incidentally, 5.1 was what I entered when it asked me for a version in
the SIS attempted install.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Matthew Clayton
