Netview 6.0 TEC event adapter problem

Hi there !!!

We're having some problems here trying to set up the Netview TEC event adapter.

Everything seems to work O.K. (events go to TEC normally) but when we get a trap
from a dec900 router, the event adapter crashes with a Dr Watson error.

In the NT event viewer we can see that there are problems with vgactrs.dll and
perflib, but we cannot reach any longer .

Anyone can put some light on this ?

Our environment:

     NT 4.0 SP6
     NetView 6.0
     T/EC 3.6.2
