Linda:  Take a look at the Cisco mib "ciscoMgmt", in particular the 
ciscoProcessMIBObjects,cpmCPU,cpmCPUTotalTable and its entries for process cpu 
utilization and ciscoMemoryPoolMIB.ciscoMemoryPoolObjects.ciscoMemoryPoolTable  
for memory utilization (both are under "ciscoMgmt".
